In today’s 15-minute Pilates routine, you’ll strengthen and sculpt the muscles of your core to tone and shape your waistline.
You’ll work the muscles of your core with a special focus on the obliques (ab muscles that run along the side of your waist) to create a strong, sleek and balanced body.
Your Mindfulness Assignment for today is pretty straight-forward, but be sure to watch the video as I’ll go into more detail at the end of today’s workout.
